Very nice. Sturdy. Not difficult to put together especially if you’ve assembled racks similar to this before. Hardest part in the mental part of calculating how far apart you want the shelves. I liked this one because of the wheels so I could tuck it into a corner. They also give you leveling legs too if you don’t want the wheels. One thing I didn’t realize until I read the instructions is they give you extra parts so you can either build one 6-shelf unit or two 3-shelf units which is a nice feature. This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property.
