Manufacturing or shipping defect leads to easily marred surface. First one had highly visible chipped off area exposing the wood composite underlay of the desk table top. Even second replacement top has noticeable scratch that we will live with. Table top is a very heavy piece! The replacement process has left us with the choice of a difficult disposal ourselves or another appointment for pick up of the defective piece. I had the R10000-UNBXHF valve body (in conjuction with the T17038-SS Lahara 17 series valve trim) installed 16 months ago and the shower head is now dripping when the valve is turned fully in the off position.
