This hot tub is great! I have had it for a few month now and have not had a single issue. It was easy to get set up and ready to go. The jets are strong if you want them to be but adjustable if you don’t. Size is great. I love the cup holders and ice bucket. Cover is thick and does a great job. I was a little nervous about ordering online. I did a lot of shopping and researching before I ordered this one but now wish I had ordered it sooner. We spend a lot of time in it. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25" spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update: It's been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only $15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. I'm on my 4th refill now. Hopefully it's done with the leaching.. Joshua. Sisters, OR. We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! I absolutely love this storage container. It looks so expensive and well made. It has wheels which was a requirement for me. It opens and closes nicely with an air spring that makes it a soft close and soft open. It has an amazing amount of space inside that feels pretty protected from the elements. It took me a bit to put it together but wasn't complicated. The instructions are decent although I did mess up a few times. Probably user error thinking I knew what I was doing. It comes packed so well that many of the pieces are screwed together so you don't lose them or the screws, but you have to unscrew them to put it back together and that's what it took me a bit to realize. It's sturdy and well designed in it's structure. Highly recommend. I know it's metal and not plastic or resin so people were worried it may rust, but I'm not as worried. This shed was super easy to assemble. I am a 5' 3" 67 year old female and it took me an hour and 45 minutes to complete. Approximately 15 minutes of that was sorting and verifying parts. The instructions suggested two people to assemble floor, and that probably would have helped, but I was able to do it myself. My foundation was already in place. This is a a great storage shed if you have bulky stuff or things like bicycles that you would need to store. It does not weigh 5 tons, but it also feels sturdy enough for outdoor storage. What I would have improved for this unit is, you have to drill some of the holes yourself (specially those for the small screws). In essence, they don't even have a "mini-hole mark" or something that guides your drilling. You basically have to eye-ball it. Also, the holes on some of the brackets are super small and you almost have to force the screws into them.
