The glass overhanging the counter is a great feature add too. Downsides: it was very frustrating to install this extremely heavy appliance just to set it up and see that they offered little spacers for the tiny gaps in the back--I didn't get to use them because I would've had to pull the range out again completely. I sticker saying "stop! Before install install spacers" would've been nice! Having a baking drawer like kitchenaid offers would be awesome instead of just a warming drawer on the bottom. And lastly. Love this towel warmer! We ordered a slightly shorter one but decided to return it and go all in. This one is big, but it's actually the perfect size to me. I like this size because my hubby's towel is on top and mine is on bottom, and they don't really overlap lap. I feel like there's ample room for both towels, they each have their spot. It looks beautiful on my wall. I hooked it up to a light switch and it works like a dream. My towel gets toasty... keep in mind I'm not expecting scalding hot so it meets my expectations. We recently purchased a new gas range for our rental house that we own. I was surprised that it didn't come with a broiler pan, nor give that as an option to add to the purchase. I consider that to be as basic as a burner! Very disappointing!!! Also. BTW, I don't understand why you went to JUST steam clean vs Self-Clean! I think you should either provide both OR JUST Self-cleaning. The latter is definitely preferred.
