Love this towel warmer! We ordered a slightly shorter one but decided to return it and go all in. This one is big, but it's actually the perfect size to me. More to the point, while air blows out the top vent, there is very little flow into the two-under vent portals, not very efficient removing smoke and odors. The control and number pad is very difficult to read in normal light. Either the text needs to stand out more, or ideally it would be better if illuminated.
