Finally a "hot glove" that I can use with confidence. Ive used similar products before with mixed results but these change the game. As a household of one person, I thought I would struggle to find uses for a slow cooker this large when I mostly use a 2.5 qt. Turns out it’s perfect to make soup so I can portion out to share and stock up my freezer. Next up will be pork bbq using a big pork shoulder to cook for 10 hours before shredding. This is the first time using digital controls which are very easy to use as shown on my video.
