Design is exactly as we expected and reinforcement on the underside is significantly better than the shower pans from the big box stores that I looked at. Support is very dense so floor should be very solid. I am very happy with this for our new bathroom installation in our basement. Love this towel warmer! We ordered a slightly shorter one but decided to return it and go all in. This one is big, but it's actually the perfect size to me. It looks beautiful on my wall. I hooked it up to a light switch and it works like a dream. My towel gets toasty... keep in mind I'm not expecting scalding hot so it meets my expectations. Very sturdy and easy to install. We installed ours over where a round doorknob used to be. We still need to add a little wood filler, stains and paint to cover a small bit of the hole in the door at the top of the handle. This went on my interior laundry roommudroom door. Due to humidity and occasional dampness, the old, cheap knobs would become hard to turn. I have issues with arthritis in my hands. This is so easy to use compared to the round knobs. The tub is as perfect as the picture. The box was a little pushed in on one side and one of the delivery men quickly opened the box and it appeared there was no damage. The Lounger comes with Ella’s Dual Drain Technology consisting of 2- 2” gravity driven drains with 4- 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers, allowing a fast, reliable drain. The 2-PC fast-fill faucet has 2 pieces: a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower.
