The toilet arrived well packaged and included all the necessary parts and clear installation instructions. One thing to note is that it is very heavy, so I highly recommend having a second person available to help remove it from the box and move it into place. We have not installed it yet, so I will update this review after installation and use. That said, my first impression is very positive. The design is beautiful, the height feels comfortable, and the fully skirted design is a feature I especially appreciate. Unlike traditional toilets with exposed contours and crevices, the smooth skirted sides help prevent dust, hair, and dirt from accumulating, making cleaning much easier.
