Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Honestly, I thought it was beautiful - the color of the gold and the quality. But the picture is deceptive. I thought my electrician misplaced the globe, but actually, it didn’t come with the globe. That’s the light that you have to buy. I thought I buy a bulb and put the cover over it but that’s not how it is. I would return this, but my electrician didn’t come until later in the construction and now it’s passed the return window.
