Love this set. As easy to install as you’d expect. There was some odd assembly bits like the holes on the back of the chairs not aligning to each other in insert the screws but the sides did so they’re still sturdy. Another drawback was there were thousands of tiny black beads inside the hollow parts of the metal and got EVERYWHERE when assembling in my house. UNBOX ASSEMBLE OUTSIDE!!!! Not sure where these came from but assuming they’re factory manufacturing plant. Aside from those drawbacks, I felt this set was still good looking and comfortable enough. I love this set and it was a good value. It’s not the highest quality but it also was very reasonably priced. I ordered it on a Sunday and it arrived the next Tuesday! In hindsight I would have paid to have it put together. The directions were not clear with no verbiage only hard to understand pictures. These chairs are just what I was looking for! They are good looking, solid and well made. They are quite comfortable and the pillows have a nice firmness. They do come with adjusters on the bottom of the legs. Putting them together was simple, but have to admit having a 2nd person help hold in place, while adding screws made the job go faster. Also to make it easier on yourself, follow instructions on putting the pillow covers on when taking the pillows out of the vacuum sealed packets. The pillows do expand to completely fill the covers.. Just arrived. Assembly was easy. For the price, I don’t think you go wrong. I think the back padding could use more cushion however. This was delivered right away and it looks really nice, exactly as shown in the pictures. It sits low, and perfect for me, but I’m only 5ft so for taller people, it might be too low I don’t know. I like the width, even if I’m petite, any of my friendsguests on the heavier side can sit and still be comfy. I also like the cushions - it’s dense and soft at the same time, not flimsy at all. I added pillow weights to the back pillow cushions so it doesn’t fly away if we get strong winds. This was assembled quickly and no parts are missing. I am loving my patio area now facing the pool.. Beautiful patio furniture. I love how thick the cushions that came with the furniture. Easy to assemble, and I did it by myself. Only problem I encountered is the middle section of the backrest on the loveseat, the hole did not fully align. I followed the direction of not turning the screws tight until you've put all of them in and that didn't work. You can see as you're screwing the bolt that it's not straight. This is how far as it would go w/o stripping the head (I had to put the loveseat sideways so I can see it better). It took me probably longer screwing that one section twice as long as putting all the other furniture combined. That's why I'm only giving it 4 stars.
