The products are solidly made. The reason I deducted one star is because I ordered bar pulls and knobs from same manufacturer for different sizes of drawers. Even I ordered same finish, honey bronze. they came out with different color tunes. It is even more obvious after installed. The tile is good, I took a star off because upon delivery the driver is supposed to call 30 minutes ahead, which wasn’t done. So it was delivered which blocked our garage, so we had to physically move it.
