Super quiet. I only wish I’d checked the wiring diagram. To work the nightlight, fan, and regular light all separately you’re gonna need 3 switches in your bathroom. We only had two and we installed extra lights above the shower so we went with one switch to work the shower lights and one that works both the fan and light together. Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty.
