My four-year-old granddaughter absolutely adores this house. It’s taller than she is, and all her dolls have plenty of room to play. There’s even an elevator! The little cabinets open up, and there’s lots of cute furniture. The fireplace and fire pit make the crackling sound of a real fire, and the spa tub makes a running water sound when you press the button. It comes on wheels and can be closed when not in use. We purchased for our granddaughter with the flexibility of being able to move it around her roomhome in mind. It is very nicely planned out and all of the little accessories that come are so well done. We have had one minor issue with a damaged part but wayfair was amazing at dealing with it, we cancelled the replacement offer as we can just glue the part. Our biggest request is that the description is changed as it does not fit 11” “Barbie” or 12” “Ken” sized dolls. The shed arrived packaged in two big bundles and was delivered down two dirt roads to gravel driveway. Great delivery service ! My carpenter neighbor put the building together on piers. However he reinforced the floor with additional two by fours. The building was a good value with the windows. This building is my she-shed for my Mtn getaways. I love to camp and becoming intolerant to inconsiderate, loud, and drunk neighbors in next site. We purchased primitive lot in NC foothillmtn years ago. Unable to afford a second house here, my she shed will be my camping getaway site. No close site neighbors. Plenty of storage space on the shelf inside as well. I have not painted the building yet as too hot in NC but will later. It will serve as my new camping site! My neighbor Keith also constructed a deck for the she shed as well. This dollhouse is absolutely adorable! I was searching for a dollhouse for my granddaughter to enjoy when she comes to visit and this is exactly what I was looking for. It arrived well packaged. It took me about 20 minutes to unpack it and place all the pieces numerically for assembly (each piece including the hardware are numbered). The instructions are easy to follow and are in diagram form. Please note, you need to have a Phillips screwdriver for assembly. You also have to hand screw each piece to prevent over tightening and splintering the frame. Take your time assembling the dollhouse because you have wood screws that once they are in, they shouldn’t come out. Make sure to also check that each piece lines up with each other before screwing them together. I was impressed how well the pieces fit together and the pre-drilled starter holes lined up. The dollhouse itself is mostly made out of good quality laminate wood. There are some real wood pieces in the framework and all of the furniture seems to be solid wood too. It took me about 1 and a half hours to assemble it by myself.
