Wayfair has horrible customer service and I want everyone to know about it! The parts I need cannot be purchased at a hardware store so now I have a 1,300 item that is completely useless! They’re lightweight for how substantial they look and fairly easy to put together. Bought in blue and it is beautiful! I was concerned at first as thought base was supposed to be grey. It is dark brown and black. Once was assembled it looked even better than expected.
