Wayfair has horrible customer service and I want everyone to know about it! The parts I need cannot be purchased at a hardware store so now I have a 1,300 item that is completely useless! They’re lightweight for how substantial they look and fairly easy to put together. However, the welds look a bit messy and the screws sometimes don’t sink all the way in the holes so a couple of them had to be put in without the locking washer.
