But that is not a reflection on the product itself. The cushion is very comfortable, not super thick but with the webbing it works well. The fabric is comfortable yet sturdy for outdoors. We ordered two chairs, one arrived pristine, the second was broken on arrival. Still trying to hear back from Wayfair to ensure replacement next steps. I love it! I’ve always wanted one and was finally able to get one! It was super easy to put together although I did get confused during step 5 but alas figured it out. ( It’s absolutely perfect and I’m on it every chance I get! You can feel the frame of it just a tad when sitting down on it but it personally doesn’t bother me and could easily be fixed if it ever does. I do have a small patio area but it still fits nicely as it’s just me and I don’t have any plans on catering to others. I would totally recommend this swing! I absolutely love this egg chair once you sit down in it you will not want to get out of it! The stand was easy to put together however, the egg chair itself was a little bit more difficult.
