I was using a Pyrex glass measuring cup to heat one cup of water in the mornings in my microwave and it would take almost 5 minutes to begin boiling. I like my hot water fairy hot so really excited that now it takes a minute to two minutes at the most. This was a great purchase and priced very reasonable. Cooler is great, but their packaging sucks. 1st one showed up from FEDEX dented on the door and hinge was broken, making it unusable.
