This whirlpool tub is a great tub to replace a normal size tub if you want the luxury without adding space to a bathroom. It is very calming and relaxing. The jets aren't super strong, but they are enough to help muscles relax. My teenagers love using this after sports, and my husband and I enjoy it after work. Each of my family has said they think this was a good purchase. Having the heater helps a lot. It doesn't make the water "hot" but it keeps it at the temperature that it was originally or slightly warmer. Have a professional install to make sure it is set up correctly helps! I'm beyond frustrated with Wayfair! I have been trying to get parts to fix this tub that came with broken parts from Wayfair for over a month. Each time I call, they tell me that it will be taken care of immediately. Kohler asked Wayfair to send me replacement parts that are available on Feb 22 and it is already March 25. I needed to replace a Kohler corner tub in my primary bath that took up a huge section of my bathroom and I needed a tub that had presence/would fill the space well without looking skimpy. I also had a unique drain placement I needed to work around. I ended up deciding on this bathtub due to looks and the offset drain. Delivery was easy and the tub was extremely well packaged and somewhat resembling the Ark of the Covenant from "Indiana Jones" in its giant, wood crate. The finish on the tub is pristine and there isn't a single blemish on the tub, so the packaging was excellent. My remodel is ongoing, so I will need to update this review once it's complete.. Krista.
