I didn’t realize it had one and one of the pair I ordered has been leaking like a sieve and corroding for the last several months. Of course now I realize there is one, I am now one week out of warranty. I think the corrosion is a common occurrence with the bronze finish if you can’t keep them really dry, but not sure why both faucets I ordered are leaking so bad now because of my plumber or the product. We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). Uhg! I’m once again wishing for 3.5 stars or a 710. Yes, the Rev-A-Shelf does work and their competition is weak, so I keep buying it. I think this is number four for me in the last few years. It works but they cost so much and leave so much to be desired. The main lacking component in this piece is the absolute waste of space above the can which could easily have been a pull-out drawer. If you’re looking at other pieces, my experience says they’re most likely lacking something too. I hope a competitive company that’s actually good enters the market. For now, let me tell you, it’s probably less expensive and better quality to have something custom-made. I’m doing that for another piece in my kitchen and saving money. I just couldn’t find good cans for this one or would’ve done it too.
