I'm very happy with this purchase. Sauna was delivered on time, well packaged and on a pallet. Three large boxes (largest weighed was about 170 pounds). I put this together myself however I strongly recommend that you have two people. Assembly took me about two hours but then again, I did it all by myself. Nice sauna! This sauna heats up to 140 in about 20 minutes. Large enough for two average size people. I hooked up the stereo to an Alexa Echo Dot and it works great. Only negative was that the width of the Sauna is not 47.25” as stated in the specs. The top is closer 49”. The tub is as perfect as the picture. The box was a little pushed in on one side and one of the delivery men quickly opened the box and it appeared there was no damage.
