I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. Years ago, we installed a hunter green door with a digital lock in Texas, and it was fantastic. However, we eventually had to replace the digital lock.
