Ordered this in a black finish. Arrived as promised. I also ordered a seat since one was not included. I was not aware that a wax ring and mounting bolts were also not included. Although the price was less than the competitors, having to buy the other items made the price more expensive than what other companies offered. Lesson learned make a true comparison before buying.. The extra tall toilet is 21＂from the floor to the seat, this increased height of the toilet bowl reduces the burden on knees and joints, it makes the user more comfortable to sit and stand. And the 1.28 GPF single flush, 12＂rough-in design and soft-closing seat of the 21 inch toilet will give you a great sense of bathroom experience.
