The Jora Composter simplifies and speeds up the process of making compost. It is a 'continuous-use' dual chamber composter. Dual chambers allow you to keep adding new materials to one compartment while the other matures. Because the unit is insulated and sealed, it converts kitchen waste to compost in 2-8 weeks. The Jora can easily handle daily composting of kitchen scraps for a family of four or more. It is suitable for larger households, small restaurants, B&Bs, schools, and care homes. The Jora Composter will accept organic kitchen | household waste or anything biodegradable, including citrus, meat and bones. After adding waste, it will take about 6 to 8 weeks for each chamber to produce compost. Once both chambers are in operation you should be emptying one chamber every 3 to 4 weeks.

I love these totes, along with the half-size version (#1936). They fit my garage shelf units (probably Sterilite, but I've had them so many years I cant be 100% sure.) 2 of these fit on a shelf, or 4 of the half-size units. I purchased this can a few years ago to store dry dog food. It is the perfect size and I love the touch top feature. The price was good as well. The spring on the lid broke recently and I am having trouble locating a new can. I just reached out to customer service to see if I can get a replacement lid. Waiting to hear back.
