The quality of this item was excellent but unfortunately I didn’t get the unlaquered brass like I ordered which was a huge bummer after waiting since August. Despite it not being correct, the quality of the one I received was excellent. Sadly I just couldn’t wait any longer for a replacement after waiting 5 months to receive the wrong product. This whole line is beautiful and quality. One caveat...on the towel bars, the bar itself rolls around and placing the end pieces as close as possible on the wall, ie to 'squeeze' the bar, does not keep it from spinning around. We are planning to put some silicone or putty type material inside where bar end enters into the wall mount to keep it from spinning.
