I needed some gym flooring for my home gym that is getting slowly put together. These went on sale and are the perfect fit. They ship wrapped and sealed well, have a slightly rubber smell that isnt going to overwhelm you while they air out, and feel great under your feet. The edges piece together nicely however you may have to lift the edge near the corner to lay 2 together so it does press the other down. Again this is not a big deal. Finally putting the floor together is simple, Line up the edges and step, slap, stomp, or use a rubber mallot to get the edges to fit together. A product and wayfair shipped super fast. Looking forward to putting this bosu ball into practice. The inflation spot is on the bottom, in kind of an awkward spot. The directions are not clear on how to install or use the resistance bands, so I’m only guessing that the metal pieces attached to the base are where I attach them. The other resistance band actually has some exercises printed on the band, which helps know what to use it for! It seems fairly heavy duty though, so hopefully it will stand up to some use!. Laura. I am a physical therapist and my husband just had knee surgery so this is amazing for progressing him from a 4" stair to a 6" stair to a standard 8" stair to work on his strengthening as he recovers. I used to be a step aerobics instructor and knew this would be great, I love that the risers are smaller/rectangular shaped as opposed to square as they just take up a little less space as we wait for him to be ready to progress.
