Was going to give only three stars but my daughter actually loves it so I gave it four stars. I ordered the pink bed. Wayfair sent me the gray one after all the other pink beds were sold out without informing me. The bed would have been extremely simple to assemble if I had only needed the Allen wrench that came in the box however I also needed a screwdriver. Save yourself some time and have a power drill ready. Finally a product NOT made in China (Made in Italy) and it shows!! This product is quality, pure and simple. There was a few items that needed to be attached like wheels and bracing. The mattress is firm memory foam and so I put a 2" mattress topper on it (cut twin to fit) and it's very comfortable now for my personal needs. It's probably better that it's on the firm side because you can adjust that with a topper but if it was too soft, there's nothing you could do. I'm very happy with my purchase and plan on using it in my mini van for camping. As an older person I can't afford to not be comfortable when I sleep or I'll pay for it. My grandson (15 months) loves this chair. He crawls right in and settles down with his books or just likes opening up the chair and crawling all over it. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it came in a very very small box and the instructions said after 48 hours it would expand.
