This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. While the individuals were courteous, the lack of technical competence, attention to detail, and basic safety made this a very poor and exhausting experience.. Ilaria. Washington, CT. Only on day 2 but it was easy to set up and it’s vacuumed twice so far. I’m pretty sure it’s pulling hair from the carpet that came from our dogs, and the last dog had been gone for two years! I am so excited for this mini split unit. Getting a new central air conditioner is just not in the cards right now. This is a very affordable price for the amount of ac and heat that you are getting. Things of note, we had to buy a specialty drill bit to be able to install the units properly. We live in a brick house and needed to be able to drill through the brick. The lines that connect from outside to inside need about a 2 inch diameter hole to pass through. We also decided to buy a rack so that we could hang the main condenser above the ground. We were not able to install this by ourselves and had to call for reinforcements via an HVAC guy. Once everything is finished being installed I will update with the finished product!. Rachel.
