This is my second Wilton Armetale (the first was the chili pot). I love that it does not break, chip, rust and is safe for cooking up to 1000 degrees F (cook in oven, stove top or grill). I just received this a few days ago and have used it on the grill to make pork tenderloin and hamburgers. They were delicious and the griddle worked perfectly. I did use marinate with molasses ingredient which was hard to get off griddle but with extra effort it did come off. I will get a lot of use out of this griddle. I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick.
