I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. This thing is so cool. I wanted to get a flat top brill but did not want to take up any more space. This griddle wad the answer! We are so happy with it, it works great and takes up no more room!
