These rocking chairs are way better than expected! I will say the boxes came with absolutely no protective padding and there was slight damage to one of the chairs, but not noticeable. The chairs are a plastic material, which is resistant to weather, but it is a rattan inspired design giving it a classic look. The frame is a very sturdy steel that looks like it will last for years to come. I love the design and colors of the back cushions and seat cushions, and also like that the set includes an additional set of seat cushion covers (blue and grey). There is a button on the chair to attach the seat cushions, so they do not slide off - very nice touch. I did not have any trouble putting all the pieces together and really appreciated the included ratchet hex wrench! That tool made installation a breeze! The rockers are very nice and comfortable. They were excellently packed and the instructions were good. Just have patience and take your time putting together. The drill bit provided ending up stripping a screw so we used the hex key which was very time consuming.
