The Victorian Greenhouse is perfect for me. Very well made and ease of use made it a wonderful choice. The vents open easily and both doors open and lock with minimal effort. I have plenty of room to start seeds and store all the supplies that are needed. We placed it on a concrete pad and anchored it down with the anchors supplied. We had harsh winds a couple of weeks later with no damage to the greenhouse. I waited a long time for a greenhouse and did a lot of research before choosing Vego. I definitely made the right choice.. I am in love with this greenhouse. When I first opened the box I got pretty overwhelmed with the assembly but one I got it going and took it one step at time it came together perfectly. It does contain a ton of parts. I put together on my own but it took many days. I build a paver base for this but keep in mind it’s pretty lightweight so be sure to anchor it down well and follow the placement directions from the book. While I was putting it together we had a very windy day and it did move around quite a bit so keep that in mind. They really thought of everything. The automatic louver vent opener was designed to automatically control the temperature and provide additional ventilation in all Canopia greenhouses. As the air inside the greenhouse warms, the vent gradually opens to allow the correct amount of air flow into the greenhouse and closes when the optimal temperature is reached. The vent arm was designed with the use of natural minerals that expand with heat to push a piston, which raises the window, as the air gets warmer then contracts as it cools, closing with the use of a spring. The automatic vent opener operates without the use of electricity.
