I am in love with this greenhouse. When I first opened the box I got pretty overwhelmed with the assembly but one I got it going and took it one step at time it came together perfectly. It does contain a ton of parts. I put together on my own but it took many days. I build a paver base for this but keep in mind it’s pretty lightweight so be sure to anchor it down well and follow the placement directions from the book. While I was putting it together we had a very windy day and it did move around quite a bit so keep that in mind. They really thought of everything. The Armor SX5000 WB is a PRO-Grade water-based penetrating water-repellent sealer. I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. My driveway has now gone through two winters and the sealant is still somewhat effective, but I think I will need to coat it again this fall.. Bryan. Halifax, NS. Thu Mar 26 2026

Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Pro: Great wet vac! Did a much better job at stain removal than I expected. Oil based stain in my seat came completely out. Several winters of caked in mud and salt came right out of my floorboards, leaving them looking new. Easy to clean the vacuum when you're done using it. Con: The dry vac only seemed to be an afterthought. For a vacuum designed for a car it was clunky and didn't reach well under seats or in crevices. Did an ok job, but left a LOT behind.
