This is junk. Frame, sides and wheel housings are not square so they do not line up and do not fit together properly. Had to use a handheld sledge hammer to force things into place. Once assembled, only 3 wheels touch the ground and is not stable. Tried to ask for a replacement or refund but would have to disassemble and ship back. It is too much effort for this junk.. Andrew.
