Quality and craftsmanship is very good. Simple to assemble for 1 person. All tools and hardware included. Happy overall but was sent the incorrect upholstery on the chair therefore only 4 stars. Wayfair offered alternatives for my inconvenience and so far have been helpful in that regard. We shall see how this is resolved but chair itself is lovely.. Michele. NJ. Thu Feb 29 2024
