Each chair took 15 minutes or less to put together (I was doing them in 10 by chair 6). My only complaint is that the extra Allen wrench with each chair seems like overkill—it’s very wasteful. Love this table! It’s perfect when the our kids come to visit or friends. It’s definitely a darker grey, almost to a bronze tone. (You can kind of see that it matches the chairs and they are also described as a grey.) It has a really nice protective coating on it. I’m really happy with my purchase and it was a good price.
