The Gotham Steel Pro Pro Premier Hard Anodized set is amazing. NOTHING sticks to it. It just slides right off the pan and is so easy to clean. The best part is it is very conductive, but does not overheat on low and burn like my other pots and pans. The steamer pot is an added bonus that works gerat for brocolli or other veggies.
