The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I don't love the paint on the blades. Overall this is a nice looking fan. It is pretty easy to assemble and looks nice. The reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 are twofold. First, there is a flaw in the gold metal at the top of the fan housing. It is hard to see from the ground but it was pretty obvious when assembling. The other reason is that the blades are pretty lightly painted and flat so I believe they will collect more dust and they mark up really easy.. Scott. Leawood, KS. Wed Jan 21 2026
