Quality construction and well built. The drawers are actually drop down doors and there is only 3 on the shorter version that I purchased not 4 as stated in description. I’m actually liking the drop down doors better than drawers as it maximizing space inside a small compartment and the door hinges and soft close hardware are quality upgrades. Fully assembled was exactly that … open the box and hang the unit. Well packaged with plenty of protection from the rigors of shipping … and they got it out for delivery in very short order. Had it in hand 3 days after I ordered. Well mostly in hand … had to retrieve it from my neighbor as Fed-X failed to get it to my door. Overall pleased with the quality of the furniture.. David. We ordered this tv stand in the brown color which has a slight taupe modern hue in the brown. It was the perfect size for a kitchen alcove that we had have and we desperately needed kitchen storage. We have looked everywhere for a low piece that wouldn’t block the windows and has deep storage to declutter our small kitchen space. The assembly took me about two hours then my husband jumped in the next day to adjust the doors. Note that if you decide not to use the shelves rest them on the floor so the doors don’t invert when they close. They have adjustable soft close hinges and each piece has one removable, adjustable shelf. The box is about 7ft long and weighs 97 pounds so keep that in mind. It would be very helpful to have a person with you to assemble this because the boards are long and heavy and you had to hold them in place while putting screws in.the back panel comes with all of the screws but only 6 are predrilled. You don’t absolutely have to use the rest if you don’t want to. It’s pretty sturdy and definitely holds a lot of stuff so if you need low profile storage this may be for you.. Andrea. Its looks awesome after fully assembled. But to assemble.. it’s some task. Also, we did not get the shiny top as was in the picture…I would keep six hours of work by two people at least to figure out things and then assemble it. A lot of parts need to be connected. But it’s a charm after fully done. The main difficulty we had was to align the two front side doors. Four stars for looks. But the black top surface coating is too thin, and you may get it dented easily. We already had two places where white undercoat is visible and had to apply some color. Very light top finish.. Pete. Very glad I purchased this item. It is sturdy enough to hold a 77" TV and looks classy doing it. Love the windows. Brushed hardware. I recommend paying for someone to put it together.
