Upon receipt of this item, I was disappointed, thee was no box, packaging or instructions.it just arrived in a clear ziploc in a mail bag…no paper with details of ANY KIND. The setup of it was quite confusing because it’s described as “retractable” ….however, that is NOT what it is…it is EXTENDABLE.
