The first one was the wrong size. The second came with Bullitt proof glass shattered. The third arrived in good shape. The tape materials ,The peace that goes between the door and window doesn't stick. Fixed it with strapping tape. the other tape materials that go between the pet door and the slider peals, but not between the cotton and the sticky material, but in the cotton. The item that arrived is not the same pictured. The product photo looks to me like a cat or monkey maybe, but what arrived was a dog. Wayfair did try to fix the error and sent a replacement, but it was the same dog. I think Wayfair should update this photo to reflect the actual product.
