It’s very sturdy, I’ve had it for almost three years and it is so stable even with two “kittens” who are now over a year old (and very hardy eaters) chasing each other up and down it. I have no concerns about it falling over at all. The best part is NO CARPET! I hate carpet on cat trees, it gets so gross and I always ended up throwing them away after a year! It has a very wide square base so I’m not longer worried about it tipping however, when my cat gets to the very top basket and is moving around it appears to shake quite a bit - enough to make me a little nervous. This is a fantastic activity center for a multicat household, but would be good for a single cat if you really want to spoil them! Perfect for cats to play, scratch, and sleep. It is really solid and of good quality as tested hundreds of times. This is a good size tower with ample room for 2 or 3 cats to use it at the same time it's tall but not too wide so it doesn't take up much floor space in our bedroom.

My cat loves it! Was delivered very quickly and instructions were easy to follow. Small box was easy to carry upstairs despite it being kind of heavy. Put it together by myself in an hr. All parts were there, holes and hardware lined up. It's a great price for the size. My cat is 14 lbs. I feel like the size of the ledges and height of enclosures are too small for him, but he manages. Just can't stand up or turnaround easily, but he still loves it. Little wobbly but I also don't have it fastened to wall yet. With just the one cat might not need to. He isn't like a crazy kitten running up & down it, and is apprehensive about climbing it to begin with. He can feel it shaking, so he's just cautious.
