The chair back flexes a bit when sitting in the chair and one of the screws is too long (can scratch the chair back when sitting in it) so we had to cut the screw short but overall good quality for the price.. I chose Polywood for no maintenance, heavyweight, and longevity. I assembled this myself. No issues. Best advice is to not tighten all the screws so you are able to move pieces a little while assembling. Then go through and tighten all when complete. Followed instructions. All hardware included.
