This valve seems to be a serious one but can’t comment yet on full functionality since the remodel is still going on. Wayfair should review timelines for submitting reviews and increase to 6-12 months the timeframe so that customers can give more informed view on the product. The installer had no issues in plugging everything in, i have used it with copper lines, the stops are really useful to test everything and the preliminary tests were working all good. Love the install, love the stream modes. The only issue is when you go to replace the removable handle, it'll fall onto the floor unless you place it in the cradle exactly perfect. This Braston shower system features a 4 inch multifunction showerhead and a 4 inch hand shower wand, both utilizing HydroMersion technology to channel water for increased pressure and force. You can easily adjust between the showerhead and hand shower with the VersaFlex Integral Diverter handle. The showerhead offers multiple modes, including full, massage, waterfall, spa, and pause, while the hand shower wand provides a total spray and push button pause mode for a non positive shutoff. Equipped with EverFlow rubber spray nozzles, both the showerhead and wand are non corrosive and easy to clean. The Armor SX5000 WB is a PRO-Grade water-based penetrating water-repellent sealer. It penetrates deep into the substrate where it chemically reacts to form a hydrophobic barrier within the pores that reduces surface water absorption by up to 95%. The Armor SX5000 WB is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. My driveway has now gone through two winters and the sealant is still somewhat effective, but I think I will need to coat it again this fall.. Bryan. Halifax, NS. Thu Mar 26 2026
