Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. Really sturdy shower base. I would buy again. I thought the pressure-fit drain would be handy, but my plumber refused to use it because he said they can cause problems. So that wasn't much of a value. But overall a great product. Just make sure to specify where you want the drain. When they asked, I said it didn't really matter, because I was plumbing a new drain to it. But I said, "Well, just put it in the center." But maybe because I hadn't specified that on the order, they sent the drain in the rear center, as shown. And it barely worked, because there was a joist super close! Fantastic value and classic design. I went with these to save about $1000 on each as compared to the ones from the kitchen/bath store my builder wanted me to use. I ordered two white ones for our new home remodel for an en-suite and our powder room. They are great. They are a bit lower quality than the one I have in my current home from a kitchen/bath vendor but better than the big box store options. I’m happy with the quality particularly given the thousand dollar difference per vanity. The drawers could be 3 inches longer (there is wasted space behind them). The wood drawers feel a bit lighter and are a little thinner than the more expensive one I have but they have great soft close drawers, a nice finish, and a beautiful top.
