This was delivered today within the time frame given. The delivery person placed the box on my carport near the kitchen door. There was no damage to the package at all and the ottoman was packed securely to arrive free from damage. The color is as described and the legs were easy to attach. I did have to use a silicone jar opener to grasp the legs to tighten them due to issues with grip in my hands. The ottoman is sturdy and the upholstery looks to be a high grade. First item arrived with a damaged tray surface that had a few permanent scratches, a couple of which were very visible. Submitted a support case with Wayfair which contained photo of damage, and they put me in touch with the manufacturer. The manufacturer was timely in their responses and initially offered a 20% refund. I in turn asked for a new item to be shipped, as Wayfair themselves do so for items damaged upon arrival, and the manufacturer agreed. There was a back and forth as well as confusion about the second item being sent and being able to track it with a link the manufacturer sent, but ultimately the second item arrived in a timely fashion and was in mint condition.
