I like the tracking feature to see where my package was. A bit surprised it shipped from the USA as I ordered from Canada. Item appears to be good quality but it was fairly easy to rip if I wasn't careful. Luckily I managed to discard the ripped edge as I had enough length. Went up with no problems and it was easier than we expected to assemble. The first time cranking, we did have to make sure the wires didn't cross so it would go up level. Opened up some much needed space in the cabinets.. Ardith. US. Tue Jun 02 2026
