Have it up for the second season. Good quality but should be made stronger where poles are attached. Had to put gorilla tape over the tares. update - this past summer it tore so much it has to be replaced. Someone should design these with stronger fabric. Update july 2024. The curtains are easily installed with included ring hardware to the dual curtain/netting rails that are part of select wood gazebos. Curtains and can be closed and secured with quality zippers. When not in use simply use the curtain ties to keep everything neatly contained and out of the way.

Better than expected. Seems to be well made. I hired a construction guy/friend to assemble it. He brought two employees, and it took a day and a half to assemble. I have only had it up for a month, and it hasn't been through any harsh weather. I will report if it becomes an issue. It looks great, and all of our Wayfair furniture fits under it and around our gas firepit. Nice addition. It is a good value. Yes, it is expensive, but the quality is good.
