We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. Please measure the gap between the wall and the stove before purchasing. The stove gap filler is designed to fill the following gaps: 30 inches in length, 2-1/4 inches or 1 inch in width. The rear gap-filling kit for sliding stoves is only suitable for sliding stoves without bulky rear baffles. Not suitable for freestanding stoves with bulky backsplashes, nor for granite countertops. Our stainless steel stove gap filler is suitable for a gap of 30 inches in length and 1 inch or 2.2 inches in width between the stove and the wall/cabinet. Two different widths are provided to allow you to fill the gaps more flexibly. According to your needs, choose a splash-proof stove gap cover that is 2-1/4 inches or 1 inch wide.

I didnt even know they made these! But when I got my new range that didnt have a back, I needed something to fill the gap and started to hunt. This works perfectly and was easy to install. This is a great looking cooktop! We are just not sure about the knobs. There is a stainless steel ring around the knobs that is bigger than the know itself so food or grease can get between It will be interesting to try to clean. The cast iron pot rests are beautiful and well made. The aesthetic of this piece is great. Not 100% sure about performance. We have a gas smell the plumber has been out twice and says it is coming from the knobs. Wayfair is working with Zine and there is a one year warranty so I am certain we can resolve this.. Betsy. CO. Looks beautiful!! Love it!! Even on the quiet mode it is somewhat louder than expected. It really moves the smoke and smells out of the house though!! The noise from the fan doesn’t bother me as much as it may some others but for the price I did expect it to be more quiet but it has 2 powerful fans!! Stainless Steel

The brushed copper hardware are beyond beautiful.They are GE, sent tools to do it and it was super easy.The only issue, was that it took several weeks for it to be delivered. It was considered an appliance and had to be signed for.
