Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. As long as you’re not in a rush, or handy enough to install yourself including the breaker, this is a fantastic purchase. Living in Florida, the self cleaning feature is intended to reduce mold. I haven’t had to do that yet, but a great function. The remote has a lot of features including being able to adjust the temperature on each of the inside heads separately. I have already googled a replacement remote, because I lose everything. If you aren’t used to ductless AC, you’ll just want to locate the manual override on the inside unit heads, or use the app on your phone.
