Fantastic, but a few things to know. It’s very cost effective to buy your own durable brand like this, and pay an electrician to install it, but you need a little patience. Most of the struggle was finding a qualified HVAC professional to install a unit they couldn’t markup because they didn't sell it to you. Additionally, some requested permits. As long as you’re not in a rush, or handy enough to install yourself including the breaker, this is a fantastic purchase. Living in Florida, the self cleaning feature is intended to reduce mold. I haven’t had to do that yet, but a great function. The remote has a lot of features including being able to adjust the temperature on each of the inside heads separately. I have already googled a replacement remote, because I lose everything. If you aren’t used to ductless AC, you’ll just want to locate the manual override on the inside unit heads, or use the app on your phone. The SEER2 rating is high for a unit like this, so I’m hoping it helps with my electric bill. An adjustable stop screw limits the maximum hot water temperature. The Temptrol features a one-piece cast brass body that is designed to accommodate back-to-back and thin-wall installations. Each valve is shipped with ½-inch NPT threaded and direct sweat connection inlets/outlets for easy installation and factory-installed options are available for CPVC, PEX, and ProPress® connections. This valve features the VersaFlex™ Integral Diverter, which diverts water flow to a variety of outlets without the need for a separate diverter valve.
